4MB Flash SIMM for Cisco 3600 Series Routers
Cisco 3620, 3640 and 3660 routers store the IOS software image over a flash simm. Two banks are available of which Bank 0 must be filled with 4MB atleast.
Installing additional 4MB 80-pin SIMM in Bank 1 will increase the available flash memory on your router, thereby rendering it even more powerful.
