16MB DRAM Memory Module for Cisco 2650, 2651 Routers
DRAM is the main memory that lies on the system board. Use of large routing tables or many protocols will prompt you to upgrade your router memory.
Cisco 2650 supports 3.3-V 100-pin SDRAM DIMM's. When ordering, make sure that what you are receiving is not a 5-V 100-pin EDO DRAM DIMM used in other 2600 series of routers.
There are two memory slots and the maximum main memory you can install is 128MB.
