Apart from sharing modular interfaces with the Cisco 3600 series routers, the Cisco 2600 series is also compatible with the Cisco 3700 series, 1700 series and even the 1600 series routers.

The Cisco 2600 Series router is a modular multi-service access router that provides extremely flexible LAN (Local Area Network) as well as WAN (Wide Area Network) configurations. It has several security highlights and also boasts of an array of processors that function superbly.
